Camp Chef Everest 2 Burner Stove

By: Outdoorsaustralia

Camp Chef Everest is a great all-rounder when it comes to camp stoves. It is a dual fuel stove that can run on unleaded petrol and is very tolerant of wind and cold. It is not the easiest stove to use, but once you get the hang of it, it is straightforward. It is a bit noisy, but no more than a gas stove. It is important to carry a fuel filter/funnel for filling up the tank.

The clicker stove is a great option for those who want an easy to use stove. It is simple to use and kids can use it to heat water for two minute noodles. It is easy to add a few of these and they are cheap to run. The old clicker stoves were terrible with wind, but the new ones have improved and are not as affected by the wind. They are still not great in the cold, however, and performance drops when it is jumper weather.

The gas stove is an older model, but it is still available and not too expensive. It is not great in the wind, but the guards help a lot. The gas bottles can be a pain in the backside, but they have improved and now you can use little screw on type gas canisters. It is a good stove and anyone can use it.
