Review: FS-TFC Portable Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System
1 comment
According to Vitalik, the FSTFC Portable Water Filter from Amazon is a useful tool for filtering water. The end of the filter connects to the water source and passes through the backflow system before entering the hydration packs. Despite the low flow rate, it's still possible to fill the packs, which have a capacity of three liters each.
To operate the filter, pumping the handle is necessary, which does require some physical effort. However, Vitalik mentions that despite some negative reviews about the difficulty of pumping, it doesn't seem like an issue for them. To prevent muscle fatigue, breaks or switching hands is recommended.
Vitalik also mentions that there's a knob on the filter that can be used to control the flow of water. If the knob is open, the water will flow through it, but if it's closed, the water will flow through the loop. Overall, Vitalik is happy with the filter and reports that the water tastes great.
